I am an acupuncturist, traditional chinese medicine practitioner, yoga instructor and meditation guide who is passionate about singing karaoke and eating pasta.
Since I was young, I’ve always been a nurturing person who prioritized taking care of the people around me. In Tagalog, my last name Gamotin or “gamutín” means "to cure" or "to heal". As a practitioner, I am so grateful to have the privilege of learning from the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and to step into the role of a healer.
My offerings include acupuncture, cupping, eastern bodywork (tuina), gua sha and moxibustion. But my main intention is collective healing — treating individuals and supporting them through their own wellness journeys, so that they have the capacity to show up for their communities and loved ones. After completing over 900 clinical hours at Eight Branches College of Eastern Medicine, I discovered that supporting people through mental health challenges as well as treating gynecological conditions are some of my areas of interest.
Outside of work, I love trying out different ways to move. I’m pretty scared to try new things, but I do it anyway. Currently, I'm into skateboarding and attempting to get over my distaste for running.
